Science City Bristol presenter in Queen's birthday honours list
Kathy Sykes, presenter of the Science City Bristol short film produced by Green Lit Media has been awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for her services to science and technology.
Kathy is professor of Sciences and Society at the University of Bristol and she is passionate about engaging the public with science. She is co-founder of the Cheltenham Science festival and she has appeared on a number of television programmes including “Rough Science”.
